Overall our stay was great. The room was clean with modern decor. The bed was comfortable. The location is great for going to a Giants game and there's also a bus stop directly in front of property that goes to Time Square. Shakira was very helpful. We arrived early and she kept our bags so we could leave and sightsee.

Great proximity to the American Dream Mall for Nickelodeon attractions. City View is worth the extra few dollars and includes the Dream Wheel lit up at night. Easy check in/check out. Nice Workout room. Clean and comfortable rooms with microwave and mini-fridge. Clean Indoor Pool. Wide selection at breakfast with plenty of seating. Friendly staff. Bar!

It was good tasting...but too repetitive. Please add waffles...or scrambled eggs or fried eggs! I know it's a hassle. Coffee needs to be stronger. Not like a trucker...but closer to McDonald's!

This hotel was in a great location for going to the Elton John concert at MetLife. It was easy to get to from the highway, the staff was friendly, the check-in process was quick and easy. When we got to the room we were instantly impressed with the size & cleanliness. It was perfect for our group of friends. The young man working the front desk overnight was exceptional! We needed a first aid kit & because the one behind the desk was picked over, he walked to his car and gave us band-aids and cream from his personal first aid kit. He said he hadn’t been working there long but it was clear that he was a wonderful asset to this hotel, we didn’t catch his name but wanted to be sure that his over the top service was recognized! Thanks for a great stay!

Manager went above and beyond to assure the best experience possible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Views from the City View rooms were pleasing. Beds were comfortable. Gym and pool were small, but enjoyable. Breakfast was decent. Little convenience shop was decent. Location was pretty straightforward to getting to American Dream by Uber / Lyft. I hope in the future they might add a shuttle like another nearby hotel has.

We liked everything, it is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very delicious 😋. The parking and the residence are affordable price 👌. The service is amazing. And the transportation to New York is available and very close about 20 min . It is good option for the family.

I initially booked with another hotel with larger suites, but ultimately opted for your facility because of the indoor pool and its close proximity to DreamWorks waterpark.

It is close to American Dream and to NYC. Extremely clean and they’ve returned to daily housekeeping. Nice (for free) breakfast in the mornings. Great snack area in the lobby and a bar in the evenings. The staff were all very kind and helpful too!
